Workers may get injured, die or suffer from disease if the Health and safety of a workplace is not managed properly. This affects not only the employee but also his co-workers, friends and relatives. An individual or society do not accept that the worker has to be injured to feed their family. So the employer invest money to develop workplace, Equipment and safe system of work. The employees work in the workplace with safe system and equipment and makes products and services. Employer sells the product and service to make profit from it. Other than the above, employees maintain the health and safety system at workplace because they believes it's moral and social responsibility towards the society or Workmen.
